Hi there, and thanks for stopping by. I am in college and here there are many things to shoot. So armed with my digital camera this crazed derelict will shoot up the campus and the people on it. If you are curious as to who this mysterious camera person is, i have a picture of him...>
Without this man (Jim)much of what you see would be in no order, and while im all for no order, having some on the page makes it much easier to view and certainly to understand.
I should start with my surroundings.I have my bed and refrigerator, there was a tv but it busted because some board fell on it. It was the first day of classes today (8/26/02). When not in class i wondered and took some pictures for you brian observers out there...
Cooper (above) and i did some stuff today so while i had the opportunity i shot him in his room, what a good angle don't you think? It captures the essence of Cooper.
Since i was doin stuff with Cooper we went over and talked to Lisa (also above)then went to eat. Lisa is the owner of many bottles of shampoo.
that cool lookin dude above is Warren, i shot him leaving Kerr hall after Lisa,Cooper, and i were done eating. Warren was just hanging around, not being camouflaged, and even got my attention, making him an easy target.
This is a picture of some light coming through a window perpendicular to a staircase, which is the second flight of stairs in my dorm(Clark). Nothing special happened there, but i thought you artsy fartsy folks may appreciate it
This picture could use some explaining: now the number seven is not some deeper meaning thing in this picture. This picture comes from the stairs of Kerr hall. Cooper lives in this hall and since I don't like to use the elevator, I go up seven flights of stairs to get to his room. To me seven flights of stairs is killer, but very satisfying when I get to the top.
Who is that shadowy figure lurking on the sidewalk of UNT?...
Well today is tuesday, in august still, and the year is 2002.I did some stuff today...
This is the entrance to the den of my RA, yes the Resident Assistant. As far as i know ross is a cool guy, i dont see him around much, just on the day i moved in here, also saw him at the gym. Today when leaving my room Ross was making his rounds doing the monthly safety check! So i snapped into action and shot him in the hall when i knew I was a safe distance away, luckily the flash and noise from my camera did not draw his attention, then he would think im really wierd.do you see ross in the hall there, yes he does blend in rather well with the hall.
Now this here is a picture of Beth. i knew her in high school. She did not want me to take her picture but didnt slap me for doing so . I shot her in health psychology class. Afterwords i called cooper up and he was doin work with lisa. You know what i did to them? If you guessed anything other than took a picture of or as i say "shot" them then you should try again.I just looked at that picture, and well i saw that Lisa has red eyes. some of the other pictures have red eyes as well, but thats just the camera. Not all of us are not turning into demons and the like over here.
It rained today and made things very pleasant. Then the rain stopped. I worked out today as well (far after it rained), and feeling that i still had energy I ran around the campus. Sometimes the pain of breathing made me stop and take a break, i did not have my soul stealer so there are no pictures (nothing was shot). However noting that i may never look like i did, I quickly shot my face in my dorm when i retired from all the running. I also got a good shot of how wet my shirt was, it was hot in the gym, but boy ohh boy does runnin get me wet!
After I ran, Lauren (my obsession) got herself on one of them webcams, so i tried too as well. After two tries with differnet software, and much information exchanged, I quit! The situation is now a one way mirror, hope she don't feel cheated. Fact of the matter is that I didn't take that picture with my camera, so she's not trying to stop me from shooting her. She is just showing off her mighty hand. Well i dont wanna take no more pictures today, cuz its 11:48 p.m. on my clock-too late for pictures now. I'm done for today.
Its now Wednesday 8:21 a.m. The month is august, and its still 2002. I have astronomy at 9a.m. My internet did not work when i turned it on this mornin, but at 8:02 it spontaneously opperated! I shall bring along my camera today and add pictures at some point after i do my political science homework-read 2 chapters and do some work for the second chapter. Till later, enjoy your day.
Hey its 12:10p.m. by my clock, just checkin in. Ive been workin to add some sound to the page, the hard part was putting in the correct HTML stuff. I managed, and now I give you a band called "the eyes." This is a song off an album i got from a pal. It is the ninth track, but i dont know the album name or the track name. So, just enjoy the crazy music, and given that the music if so crazy it is much like my life (if that were music). Maybe music is life, talk amongst yourself(s).
My astronomy class is in this building at 9 a.m. The building's ethics are good, but they (the people in the building, students included) dont really make Earth Day decisions. "Everyday is Earth Day at EESAT" really means that they just think about the planet, aside from some people that get some info here and there, it seems like any other building on campus with the styrofoam cups and the plastic and all the waste. Though i do not really blame the building but the people that go in it, then again how earthy was it to cut down trees and pave part of the earth so a building with a/c can be erected just so some person can teach about the planet and another can hear about it? Anyhow i still think the building is neat and they have a counter of the population of the planet, i try to know if the number has gone up, but never know what number it was since the last time i saw it, seems the last number is always on 6.
Well today Lisa, Cooper, and I went to the Student Government Association meeting. The leader of this group is Hanz, and thats him at the podium. He had some other business guy come talk about stuff, like money for example. UNTD is going to be a reality by 2007 so sayith the business guy(below).
I took this picture on the way to the SGA meeting, did not really know it would turn out the way it did but its a nice lookin picture to a hippy, or anyone that can appreciate and perhaps even understand the light. The other groups of people that would like it are ones that like colors or shapes, even both combined. I should add that the SGA thing to me was a waste of time. It was boring, and not even amusing. Needless to say when they wanted to break us up into groups by birthday Cooper and I left. My leaving tactic was to pull my cell phone from my pocket as if i had recieved a call, then i talked into it making it seem that i was talking, and since i was making my way out people assume it was important call.Lisa informed us later that the freshman meeting is next week,so we really had no reason to be at this one, but I must say they did not kick us out even though i was only there to observe as i told the entire room, and its on tape.
Now the reason i know im on video speaking to the entire room of SGA, was because I shot the camera people. I was the press monitor. I watched what they were doing, well filming. I took pictures of them; one (in the orange) had the camera on me... talk about a showdown.
This is some sort of adhesive stuck on a stone wall. I figured its a good one for you artsy fartsy types, or just people that like to look at stuff and contemplate.
